Health and Safety

  • For safety reasons, strollers and buggies are not permitted within event halls. Due to crowded walkways, these items could obstruct emergency routes.
  • TCIS does not oversee food distribution at events and cannot be responsible for any allergic reactions resulting from food consumption. It is the responsibility of exhibitors & on-site venues to declare any appropriate allergens in line with current legislation.
  • TCIS takes place in a multi-purpose public venue, which host numerous events throughout the year. Attendees should remain vigilant regarding allergens & general safety as they would in any other public space.
  • Product sampling may be available to business professionals evaluating items for industry purposes via our exhibitors stands. The Business Design Centre ethos minimises food waste and ensure zero goes to landfill.

Disagreements and Disputes

  • TCIS prioritizes the well-being of all attendees and staff. Any form of discrimination, violence, harassment, or inappropriate behaviour is strictly prohibited.
  • TCIS staff, venue personnel, and registration teams reserve the authority to permit or deny access to individuals. Everyone will be treated with professionalism, courtesy, and fairness, and we expect the same in return.
  • If behaviour is deemed disruptive or unacceptable, event organisers have the right to remove individuals from the premises. While we acknowledge that frustration can occur, aggression or disruption will result in exclusion from the event and potential future bans.
